Free White Glove Delivery is available for BODY BIKE SMART+ Indoor Bike purchases from Toronto, Vancouver & Montreal only. White glove delivery includes having the bike fully assembled and placed in any room of your choice.
Free Shipping is applicable to product orders over $100. Product orders under $100 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $20.
Shipping is only available within Canada.
Refunds (as applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, BODY BIKE Canada will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (as applicable)
BODY BIKE Canada only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same or similar item (note, with possible price difference), send us an email at [email protected] and we will advise of location to return your item with receiving facilities established in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.
Items may be returned for a refund up to 30 days from the date of receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all orders returned for buyer’s remorse. To be eligible for a return, BODY BIKE Canada requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please call our customer service department at 1-647-890-0256 or e-mail us at [email protected] to receive a return authorization approval. You must have approval prior to returning the product. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, BODY BIKE Canada cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return your product, please e-mail us at [email protected] to obtain address of receiving facilities in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item due to buyer’s remorse. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if it was not prepaid by you.
BODY BIKE Canada will not refund shipping costs if items are demonstrated to be defective or damaged. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that BODY BIKE Canada will receive your returned item.
